Spherical blastwave and steel barrier

This application simulates a spherical blast wave expanding adjacent to a barrier or wall. The solid material is modeled as steel, including both the ground surface and the wall in a single solid mesh. The position of the ground surface is fixed, but the wall is allowed to move. The wall is 0.5 m high and 0.1 m thick. The ground and wall are simulated using Dyna3d finite elements with an approximate mesh resolution of 2 cm. The spherical blast wave is modeled using the standard Clawpack interface provided by AMROC for Eulerian-Lagrangian coupled simulation with the ghost-fluid method. The upper surface of the ground and both sides of the wall are treated as fluid-solid interaction boundaries. The fluid AMR mesh uses a base mesh resolution of 1 cm with one or two levels of refinement. The fluid simulation bounding box stretches to 1 m in height and ends just within the open edges of the ground surface in order to avoid any ambiguities with the CPT (closest-point transform) algorithm. Using a very strong initial pressure bubble produces a significant indentation and buckling of the wall.
