Inviscid shock interactions on double-wedge geometries. 
As suggested by Graham Candler, we examine some steady (?) flows involving a double
wedge in high Mach number flows. In particular, we deomnstrate that the GFM is
an adequate technique when such features as triple points are of interest.  As a
basis of comparison, we use the parametric study by Olejniczak, Wright and Candler (JFM 1997).
