Performance comparison of some patch solvers

The benchmark is carried out for the Explosion in a Box testcase.

• Unigrid resolution of 256^3 cells
• Calculation with CFL-No. 0.9 to time t=0.25
• Load balancing with space filling curve
• All test on shc.cacr
• Grind time: wall clock time required to advance the solution per cell and time step

• Van Leer flux vector splitting
• Multi-dimensional wave propogation method
• Pure WENO scheme (includes ghost-fluid method tests with LES and viscous terms)
• WENO-TCD scheme
